About Derek H. & Ricochet Business Solutions
I did not build Ricochet to sell software. I built it to save my sanity.
Running multiple businesses in insurance and cleaning I hit the same wall you probably have. Too many tasks and not enough time. Recruiting alone was chewing up my life. So I created Ricochet as an in-house solution. It worked so well that other owners started asking how they could use it too.
Now Ricochet is the business I wish I had years ago. A system that frees you up, speeds you up, and lets you grow without grinding yourself into the ground.
So why do I call Ricochet Systems the Cadillac Blackwing of automation?
Because it is powerful and fast with 668 horsepower under the hood. But it is also versatile. Even though I love them, It is not a fragile Ferrari that only works as a track monster. Before joining Raleigh Cleaning Company and Ricochet, Erich Roden spent many years with The Walt Disney Company managing resort operations and entertainment. Disney gave him a gift, the ability to see every detail through the eyes of the customer. That guest first perspective became his trademark, and it carried him into his next chapter. Erich found an opportunity and a love for serving people through real estate. He left Disney to open his own company in Southern California where he could help families achieve their dreams, buy homes, and create the memories that last a lifetime.
This heart for people made him a natural fit when he joined Raleigh Cleaning Company. I had already built Ricochet systems into the business, but Erich became the one who made them come alive, making sure they were not just efficient, but genuinely customer friendly. Today, he brings that same leadership to Ricochet. We are not just an IT or SaaS company, we are business owners who know what it takes to free up time, grow a business, and create unforgettable experiences.
