A2P Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:
- You understand that you will receive automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Ricochet Business Solutions
- Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase
- You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message
- You may request help by replying "HELP" to any message
- We are not responsible for delays in message delivery
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your interactions with our services and your preferences.
Outbound Voice AI Dialing Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive automated calls, you agree to the following terms:
- You understand that you may receive automated, pre-recorded, or AI voice calls from Ricochet Business Solutions
- Calls may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice technology
- Consent to receive automated calls is not a condition of purchase
- You may opt-out at any time by following the instructions provided during any call or by contacting us directly
- We will honor opt-out requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days)
- Standard telephone charges may apply as determined by your telephone service provider
- We are not responsible for call delivery failures or network issues
Call Frequency: Call frequency varies based on your interactions with our services, appointment schedules, and your communication preferences.
Consent and Authorization
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form or otherwise providing express written consent, you:

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. We will process your opt-out request promptly, typically within 30 days. Opting out of one form of communication does not automatically opt you out of other forms of communication.
